   Vvinni, this is very important:

   I have eaten too many Funyuns and am experiencing kidney problems. I do not understand the street signs or “Hospital Healthcare System” and because my feet are so swollen I have difficulty standing and cannot ride the motor-bus. Please help me to find a medic-repair facility. I have been dizzy when going awake and chest-spasms. I think it is serious.
